At Ananda Elixirs, we work hard to get your order packed and shipped quickly. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about shipping timelines, tracking, and what to do if something goes wrong.

 


Where We Ship From

To keep delivery fast and simple:

 

  • Canadian orders ship from Canada

  • U.S. orders ship from the United States

✅ Because orders ship domestically within each country, there are no duties or import fees.

 


Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, product launches), processing may take slightly longer.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and selected shipping method.

We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time, which will be clearly shown on our website if active.

 


Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery timelines begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

Canada: typically 2–7 business days

United States: typically 2–7 business days

Please note: these are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, and remote delivery areas.

 


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

Tracking can take 24–48 hours to update once the carrier has scanned the package into their system.

 


Incorrect Address / Returned Packages

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it, but the customer may be responsible for the additional shipping cost.

If you notice an address mistake after ordering, contact us ASAP — we’ll do our best to update it before it ships.

 

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package:

 

  1. Check around your home (porch, mailbox, side door, lobby, etc.)

  2. Ask neighbors or your building manager

  3. Contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number

If you still can’t locate it, email us and we’ll help you investigate.

 


 

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

 your order number

  • clear photos of the damaged product(s) and packaging

We’ll review it and make it right.
