💛 30-Day Love It Guarantee
We get it—Ananda Elixirs isn’t for everyone, and that’s totally okay!
If you’re trying Ananda for the first time and you’re not head-over-heels for your first bottle, just let us know within 30 days of receiving your order and we’ll happily provide a full refund for one bottle.
Our 30-Day Love It Guarantee:
- Applies to first-time customers only
- Is limited to one bottle per household
- Covers the cost of one bottle only, regardless of how many bottles were purchased
- Applies only to purchases made directly through anandaelixirs.com
- Does not include shipping charges
The 30-Day Love It Guarantee is not a 30-day return policy for your entire order.
Outside of this guarantee, we do not accept returns or provide refunds simply because you change your mind or don’t like the product, except where required by applicable law.
If you purchased through a retail partner or third-party store, please contact that retailer directly.
📦 Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email contact@anandaelixirs.com with your order number and details of the issue.
We’ll work with you to make it right. This is separate from our 30-Day Love It Guarantee.
🇬🇧 United Kingdom Customers
Our 30-Day Love It Guarantee above also applies to UK customers.
UK consumers may also have statutory cancellation and return rights for online purchases. These rights exist separately from our voluntary Love It Guarantee and are not limited by this policy.
Where a statutory exception applies to sealed goods that become unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons after being unsealed, the statutory cancellation right may no longer apply once the product has been unsealed.
This does not affect your rights if a product is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise not as described.
🇪🇺 European Union Customers
Our 30-Day Love It Guarantee also applies to EU customers and remains limited to one bottle per household for first-time customers.
EU consumers also have statutory rights that exist separately from our voluntary guarantee.
14-Day Right of Withdrawal
EU consumers generally have the right to withdraw from an eligible online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us within the 14-day withdrawal period by submitting a request through your customer account or emailing contact@anandaelixirs.com.
After notifying us, eligible goods must be returned within 14 days.
Opened or Unsealed Products
The statutory right of withdrawal is subject to legal exceptions.
Where applicable, sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons are excluded from the right of withdrawal once unsealed after delivery.
The statutory right of withdrawal therefore does not create a general “try it and return it” guarantee for opened or consumed products.
Our voluntary 30-Day Love It Guarantee is separate and may still provide a qualifying first-time customer with a refund for one bottle only.
Return Shipping
For an eligible EU withdrawal, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, provided this has been properly disclosed, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Refunds Following an EU Withdrawal
For a valid withdrawal, we will reimburse amounts required by applicable EU consumer law.
Where the entire eligible order is withdrawn, this generally includes the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. Additional costs for expedited or premium shipping are not refundable where permitted by law.
We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the returned goods or you provide evidence that they have been sent back, where permitted by law.
